How to Get Started:

  • Whether you are new to us or brand new to yoga, no matter what, your first class at Bodies in Motion is only $5.00! Any of the Gentle Style yoga classes, or Calm yoga classes are a great place to start.

  • We know you're going to love it, so the best way to experience all of the different classes we offer is with the New Student Starter Pass: $54.00.  With the Starter Pass you will enjoy one full month of unlimited classes. The Starter Pass is available for purchase one time only. The one month begins with the first class taken.

  • Want to try yoga but would like a little extra help? We've got you covered! ​Try the New Student Starter Pass plus one Private Yoga Session for only $99!  A great option for any beginner ready to get their feet wet. Your 60 minute private yoga session will include personal instruction, a break down of the poses, and hands-on adjustments to make sure you are in proper alignment and form.  (Excludes trapeze & aerial silks)

  • Say you've been in once, but it's been a while? Any drop-in at our normal rate of $17.00 can be applied to any package, so you can't lose!

Studio Etiquette

1. Be punctual to every class - It is appropriate to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrive no later than 5 minutes before class, so you are not disrupting fellow yogis.

2. Leave all belongings in cubbies - Remove shoes at the entrance and keep your yoga space free of any personal belongings with the exception of water and yoga props. 

3. Be mindful of personal hygiene - Make sure to use proper hygiene products and easy of perfumes as they might be sensitive to other yogis.

4. Electronics - Must be turned off or left in the car. Please no ringing, tones or vibrating during class. This will be a distraction to you and your fellow yogis.

5. Enter Quietly - Please be mindful that others may be relaxing. Try to place your mat down gently, put away keys quietly and don't announce your arrival. (You know we all love you and will chat after class.)

6. Please Do Not leave during Savasana - This is an important part of class for you and it is disruptive to fellow classmates. Please stay until class is over.

Enjoy the comfortable enviornment! Enjoy your session and don't worry about how you look, or about other people watching you. They will be focused on themselves and their own self-improvement. 

Enjoy the instructor's routine. 

Take time after class to chat with the instructor, or get to know your fellow yogis.
