A lot of special classes for September.  Check the mindbody app for all the available sessions in additional to the regularly scheduled classes.

September 30th we are going to enjoy a Jack Johnson concert at Lakewood.  Please feel free to join we are getting lawn seats so we can all sit together and maybe do a few yoga moves.

YIN YOGA ENDING WITH A NIDRA PRACTICE
Nidra, meaning sleep, is a deep relaxation form of yoga, and a technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul. The practice is like a deep sleep while you are still awake. This ancient practice is becoming more popular as a form of meditation and mind-body therapy, and has multiple physical benefits.

  1. Barre
    Barre is a ballet inspired workout. Fun workout for everyone. No previous ballet experience needed. Shhh...your instructor may not have had any ballet in the past.
  2. Yoga
    Yoga is great for the mind and body. It will help you look and feel better. Many yoga styles offered such as Hatha, yin, restorative, meditation and facial.
  3. Pilates
    Pilates for beginners. Learning body awareness, introduction moves and beginner exercises. Mat Pilates workout entirely on the mat.
  4. Sunrise Yoga
    This months featured yoga is Sunrise Yoga with Amy. Every Friday at 6:30 start your day and end your week with a wonderful energizing flow.
