  1. Barre
    Barre is a ballet inspired workout. Fun workout for everyone. No previous ballet experience needed. Shhh...your instructor may not have had any ballet in the past.
  2. Yoga
    Yoga is great for the mind and body. It will help you look and feel better. Many yoga styles offered such as Hatha, yin, restorative, meditation and facial.
  3. Pilates
    Pilates for beginners. Learning body awareness, introduction moves and beginner exercises. Mat Pilates workout entirely on the mat.
  4. Hot Yoga
    Vinyasa Style yoga in a heated setting. Why the heat??? The heat will help to detox the body and allow the body to get deeper into the postures.
